This evergreen ground cover/shrub will grow about 3' tall and has large green leaves with blue flowers ( there is also a white variety) that bloom in spring and summer. It will grow in all soils but prefers loam soil.

Botanical name:Dietes iridioides
This clumping evergreen Iris bears tall, narrow leaves to 30" tall and white flowers marked purple in the center on stalks up to 3' tall. This variety has stiffer, darker foliage than the bicolor form.

WIth a growth of blue flowers between 12-18" high, this is a dwarf form of the Agapanthus.

Maintain a two to four inch layer of mulch on the soil surface to reduce weeds, infiltrate rain water, and reduce compaction.
Replace damaged nozzles or heads with those identical to other heads on the same valve.
Mixing different types of heads on the same valve will create overly dry areas or overly wet areas.
Remove irrigation water and fertilizer from areas where you don't want weeds to grow.
